2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete our text message opt-in form we collect your name, property address, mobile phone number, email address and your consent selection. When you request an off-market offer or opinion of value we collect your name, email, phone, the property address and details you choose to share about it. When you register as a buyer we collect your name, company, email, phone and your buying criteria. When you email, call or text us we keep the content of that correspondence.
- Information collected automatically. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
- To send the text messages you opted in to receive (one-to-one conversations about your property, buyer inquiries and scheduling calls).
- To respond to your inquiries, prepare offers and opinions of value, match buyers with properties, and communicate about properties and transactions.
- To maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by law and carrier rules.
4. Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile information
We send text messages only to people who have given Samuel Gaslin LLC express written consent through our opt-in form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help or email support@flretailcre.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. - When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order or regulatory request, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
6. Data retention
We keep opt-in records, opt-out records and message logs for as long as needed to operate the text message program and to demonstrate compliance with applicable law and carrier requirements. If you opt out, we keep your number on our internal do-not-text list so that we do not message you again. Inquiry and buyer-registration records are kept while there is an active business relationship or reasonable prospect of one.
7. Your choices

- Access, correct or delete your information: email support@flretailcre.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-controlled accounts with our service providers, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
